Product Description

The square billet crystallizer is a type of crystallizer classified according to the shape and specifications of the ingot. The refined square billet crystallizer is a highly efficient type of crystallizer. After many years of operation and evaluation, it has been proven to perform well, capable of producing large grains (with a granularity of 600-1200 μm), and achieving high production intensity with minimal crystallization scars inside the equipment. It has become one of the main forms of continuous crystallizers and can be used in crystallization operations such as vacuum cooling, evaporation, direct contact freezing, and reaction methods. Near the lower end of the flow guide tube, there is an internal circulation axial flow pump that rotates at a relatively low speed. Suspended solution, driven by the propeller, ascends in the cylinder to the liquid surface, then turns downward, flowing through the annular channel between the flow guide tube and the baffle plate to the bottom of the equipment, and is sucked into the lower end of the flow guide tube, forming a continuous circulation, creating conditions close to good mixing. The DTB-type crystallizer has the functions of clear overflow of mother liquor and elimination of crystallization.

COATING

We have globally leading electroplating technology that allows for strict control of coating thickness, as well as strict monitoring of coating thickness at the corners and sidewalls of copper pipes within tolerance ranges. The coating inside the crystallizer copper tube plays a decisive role in the lifespan of the copper tube. We have high-quality European process hard chromium plating and composite plating to ensure that the amount of steel passing through each copper pipe increases exponentially. The Ni Co multilayer film structure has high hardness and optimal copper based bonding strength. We can also design and customize coatings according to customer requirements.

DETECTION

We have independent intellectual property precision testing instruments that measure the internal geometric dimensions of each crystallizer copper tube and generate relevant inspection reports. In addition, the factory laboratory also supervises and controls every process of production and processing, from copper billets to final crystallizer copper tubes.
