Brief Description of Round Steel Heat Treatment Equipment Production Process: Horizontal drawing machine is used for drawing after forming, followed by multi-roll straightening. Then, it enters the heat treatment process for medium-frequency induction preheating, ultrasonic induction heating quenching, and medium-frequency induction tempering to improve the strength and mechanical properties of the steel bars. After cutting by the shearing machine, it is guided by the guide pipe to two horizontal collecting baskets for collection.
