Ⅰ Medium frequency furnace water temperature requirements: the inlet temperature of the cooling water of the medium frequency furnace should be kept within a certain range, usually required to be 5~30 ° C, the outlet temperature should be controlled at 30~40 ° C, and the outlet temperature should not exceed 55 ° C. The water temperature is too low and condensation may occur, while the water temperature is too high and the cooling ability may be lost. Therefore, maintaining the appropriate cooling water temperature of the intermediate frequency furnace is crucial to the normal operation of the equipment.
Ⅱ The water quality of the cooling water of the intermediate frequency furnace also needs to meet certain requirements, including pH value, hardness, resistivity, suspended solids, alkalinity, conductivity, chloride ions, sulfuric acid ions, total iron and soluble SiO2 and other indicators. Ⅳ In order to ensure the normal operation of cooling water of the intermediate frequency furnace, it is also necessary to carry out regular maintenance and management of cooling water of the intermediate frequency furnace, including cleaning cooling pipes, replacing cooling water, checking the operating status of pumps and water pipes and other equipment.
Ⅶ Intermediate frequency furnace cooling water requirements include: no scaling, no blockage, no corrosion, no evaporation, no conduction. The circulating water of the medium frequency furnace needs to pass through the small heat exchange pipe inside the thyristor, which, through heat conduction, transfers the heat generated during the operation of the thyristor to the circulating water, and then evaporates and cools through the spray water of the closed cooling tower, or evaporates through the circulating water itself of the open cooling tower, and transfers the heat energy to the outdoor atmospheric environment to complete the purpose of heat energy conversion.
